1. It was observed that 3 out of 4 participants found the flat they were looking for without struggle. This means that the search feature is validated to use in the MVP.

2. It was observed that 3 out of 4 participants would like to see a separate section for an estimated cost of utility bills and council tax. This means that the current design is not giving enough weight to costs-related info.

3. It was observed that 4 out of 4 participants showed concerns about how the chat feature will work. This means that the chat should be revisited based on the gathered feedback.

4. It was observed that 2 out of 4 participants will like to see what the score is out of. This means that what the score is out of should be clearer.

5. It was observed that 3 out of 4 participants found the FAQ section messy. This means that we should redesign the FAQ section to fulfil the purpose of the app.

6. It was observed that 3 out of 4 participants understood the app is for rental properties. This means that the purpose of the app is not clear and should be stated from the beginning.

7. It was observed that 2 out of 4 participants would like to give more importance to the previous tenant’s reviews. This means that we could emphasise reviews of previous tenants.

8**.** It was observed that 2 out of 4 participants would like to see more technical info about the flat. This means that we could improve info charts (number of rooms, square meters and furniture or not, inner or outer flat, which flat).

9**.** It was observed that 1 out of 4 participants would like to see an up-vote system to validate useful reviews. This means that we can implement an up-vote system.

10**.** It was observed that 1 out of 4 participants would need some extra motivation to write a review about a flat. This means that we should think about how we can motivate them to be active (moving in/out services, changing names on utility bills,…).

11**.** It was observed that 1 out of 4 participants would like to see comparable data with the places around. This means that we could implement an area score for the different sections.
